Upstairs are two thoughtfully presented bedrooms. The main bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The second bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, along with a built-in wardrobe offering both drawers and hanging storage.

Both bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains to help you enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Memory foam mattresses, Hungarian goose down duvets and pillows add an extra layer of comfort throughout your stay.

The stylish bathroom includes both a shower and a relaxing bath, as well as useful storage space for your toiletries. Complimentary premium shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for all guests.

Practicalities

Phillip Street has free, on street parking only. However, parking is never an issue with ample spaces available.

Please note, due to the stairs inside the cottage, the property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Hoole’s award-winning high street is close by, making it easy to enjoy breakfast, dinner or drinks without heading into the city centre.

Chester railway station is within walking distance, while the city centre and its historic attractions, shops and restaurants can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot. The property is therefore well placed for guests who want convenient access to central Chester while staying in one of the city’s most characterful neighbourhoods.

“A few words wouldn’t sum up how amazing this place is. The attention to detail was 2nd to none. From the Nespresso coffee machine (which I was obsessed with to the point my husband is going to get me one for Xmas) to the amazing smelling hand wash and amazing breakfast basket! It didn’t stop there! The beds and bedding was like sleeping on a cloud! The comfort and warmth. I must admit I could have stayed in there all day. It was like heaven on earth.
