The property is accessed directly from a quiet side street. After stepping into the small entrance hall and hanging up your coat, you'll find the spacious living room, with a comfy sofa and large Smart TV which includes a Sky TV package and Netflix. The dining area is centred with a large table, comfortably seating six, making the house a great choice for groups. The modern kitchen comes with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, all for your convenience.

Upstairs, to the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms, both with double beds, built in wardrobes and a dressing table. The bathroom is also on this floor, with a shower over the bath. Heading upstairs again, up the hidden staircase, you'll find the third and final bedroom, another double with plenty of storage space and a dressing table.

Our mattresses, duvets and pillows have all recently been upgraded to hotel quality for your comfort and a great night sleep.

Outside there is a small rear private courtyard.

With a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from, Chester has a vast amount of shops and other leisure activities to keep you busy. It's just a 10 minute walk to Chester Racecourse, a 15 minute drive to the famous Chester Zoo, and a 10 minute walk to Chester Train station, with easy access to Liverpool and Manchester - the possibilities are endless!

You are within a walking distance of all the main shops, restaurants and attractions in Chester. Chester train station is also only a 15-minute walk away!

To kickstart your stay, we provide a complimentary breakfast box, stocked with cereals, pastries, breakfast bars, biscuits, porridge, jams, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, sugar, and Nespresso pods. Along with some cooking essentials, such as olive oil, salt and pepper.
